Even though amazon offers starz channels through their streaming service, there is no way currently to link your existing account to amazon prime, so you’d have to pay for access to starz content, and you definitely don’t want. Stuff like this is a combination of sony, the network (starz in this case) and the cable providers.

The starz app on xbox1 definitely shows the movie as part of the starz offering, just when i would actually drill into it, it was only available for purchase or rent (other movies i checked worked normally and could be watched). An apple version of the app is compatible with ios 9.0.
